Create your Signature Scent Playshop

Join us at our playshops (this is definitely play time not work time) on two Thursday nights in November as a part of the Southgate Makers Studio at Southbank in the city. 

 Now more than ever its time to be aware of the impact that synthetic fragrances have on health, in particular our endocrine system. This workshop is the perfect class to help you to eliminate your old perfumes and craft an essential oil blend that is tailored specifically to you to help support your mental, emotional or physical health.
Catherine has has been working with essential oils for over 25 years and she brings her wealth of knowledge as a clinical aromatherapist to these fun this transformative playshops. 

Dates: Thursday 5th November and Thursday 19th November.
Times: 5:00pm - 6:30pm or 7:00pm-8:30pm
We have limited numbers and are running two classes each night. 

What happens in the playshop?
Catherine will guide you through exercises to determine the dominant way your intuition speaks to you. You will then apply that knowledge and let your intuition guide you as you create your unique blend.

We then combine your intuitive choices with the basics of the science of blending and create a scent that is tailored specially to your energy and your needs.

At the end of the playshop you will leave with:

• your signature scent in a roller bottle 
• your signature scent in a spray bottle 
• the recipe so you can recreate your own personalised signature scent at home.
